Spectacular villa for 4 persons of high standing with a private swimming pool in Benissa. The villa is situated in the urbanization Montemar, quiet residential area only a few minutes driving to the beach. The villa is about 100 m2, and an enclosed plot is about 1000 m2.
Internal:The villa is built on one floor. It has a large living room with furniture of exceptional quality, TV (only English channels) DVD and hi-fi, 1 air conditioner, ceiling fan and an exit to the covered terrace and a swimming-pool.

Design American kitchen, fully equipped with gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster and all kitchen utensils. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin in suite. 1 bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin en suite. Covered terrace with sofas and exit to the pool. Small room with washing machine.
1st floor:closed and uninhabitable.
Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool of 8x4 with built-in steps and some views on the sea and Rock of Ifach. There is an outside shower, gas BBQ and comfortable sunbeds.
