The plot of the villa is 820 square meters on which you can enjoy the stay in the pool and can organize barbecues outdoors. Upper floor: Closed. If During our clients stay the villa is not rented or occupied. Lower floor: The lower floor consists of 60 square meters, consisting of a living room with modern furniture, TV with TDT / SAT. Open kitchen with gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster and kitchen utensils. Two bedrooms with double bed. A bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Exterior: Here you can swim in the rectangular pool (7 x 5 meters) with roman steps, and take a sunbath on the terrace or fry your food on the gas grill.
