This beautiful villa is located in the residential area "Casanova", just 1.5 km from the city center and the main beach of Calpe, the beach promenade and restaurants with international cuisine. This large villa has a large bedroom as well as a big living and dining room, kitchen and especially the outdoor area with various terraces and a covered barbecue.

The total area of the fenced plot is 850 sqm on 2 levels, where you will find a rectangular pool and a small pool for children. Here you can enjoy barbecue and outdoor dining. The villa consists in the outdoor area of several terraces, which are partly covered and offer a view to the mountains and the village. The villa has indoor a total area of about 300 square meters, spread over 2 independent levels. In the villa you can find 2 air conditioning units (splits), and Internet / Wifi.

Main floor:(Access from the car park outside about 17 steps) Large living and dining room with comfortable sofas, air conditioning, TV with TDT / satellite and access to the covered terrace. Large kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and complete kitchen equipment. From here there is access to a covered terrace. 1 large bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. Very large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning (split) and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.

Ground floor:(access via internal staircase) large living room, which was converted into a bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for young passengers. On the same floor is a lockable garage for 2-3 vehicles, and 1 room with toilet and washbasin.

Exterior:On the terrace you can enjoy the square pool 9x4,5m with roman steps, as well a small pool for children. 1 room with toilet and washbasin and an outdoor shower. Here you can prepare and enjoy the barbecue. Large covered terrace with views to the mountains and the town of Calpe.

About a short walk you can easily reach the center of Calpe (1,5 km), as well as the main beach of Calpe "Playa Arena-Bol" with its beach promenade, shops and several restaurants serving international cuisine.
Extra: It is possible to accommodate 2 more people, for EUR 90 per person / stay. Pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed, at an extra charge of € 30 per pet per stay.
