Charming holiday home near Calonge, on the Costa Brava
This charming house is located in the exclusive urbanization of Rio de Oro, just a few kilometres from Calonge. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava in this beautiful house with garden and private pool, thanks to the tranquility of the area and the fantastic views of the mountains.
With a very comfortable distribution, the house is built on a single floor of 135 m2.
It consists of living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms.
From the living room there is access to a pleasant terrace equipped with a stone barbecue and to the beautiful garden with swimming pool where you will enjoy fantastic moments surrounded by tranquillity and nature.
You can park the car inside the plot.

CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
