    Your Villa In Costa Brava

    Recently built villa, situated next to the wood, in the quiet area of Puig Sec. It has both a large sun terrace with private pool in front of the house as a shaded area with gravel behind the house, which includes a stone barbecue.
    The house has two floors, with on the floor where you enter the living room, open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
    On the underlying floor there are two bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and a large lounge/playroom with direct access to the backyard.
    On-site parking for 1 car.

     Optional Services

    Final Cleaning: 70 euro (obligatory- have to be payed on arrival) 
    Cot: 15 euro/ week 
    Extra Bed: 60 euro/ week
    Bed sheets: 7 euro / person
    Towels: 5 euro/ person
    Pets: 20 euro/ pet/ week
    Arrival out of schedule( later than 19.00): 15 euro
