On the ground floor, there are 4 luxury double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Of these, 2 bedrooms have access to an en-suite bathroom and the other bedrooms share a large bedroom between them. It's truly great here; all of the bedrooms have their own flat screen TV with free Wi-Fi. And if that's not enough, from all of the bedrooms you can access the beautiful terraces and enjoy the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The communal living area is located on the first floor with the sofabed. You'll be surprised at the amount of space you have at your disposal. The dining/living room is spacious and particularly sunny and bright. There is a gorgeous modern kitchen, which is provided with all modern comforts, such as a large American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop and microwave. A lot of attention was paid to the small things here, and you can tell from the luxurious appearance of this villa. On this floor is also a comfortable  sofa and there is another spacious bathroom. The villa also has air conditioning. Of course, a private swimming pool is a given, which is located next to a fantastic terrace. Here you can relax in the sun and if you feel like simply jump in the swimming pool. And when you all fancy eating together outside, then all you need to do is fire up the barbecue. What makes this villa particularly good is a large double garage and a parkingspot, which means you have room for 3 cars. The area around your villa

Lloret de Mar is without a doubt one of the most famous coastal towns along the beautiful Costa Brava. There are fantastic beaches here where you can bask in the sun all day or actively take part in water skiing, bungee jumping, swimming or surfing. There is so much to do. There are numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs around. But a trip to Barcelona is also worth a try. It is the largest city in Catalonia. The city of culture, FC Barcelona and the amazing stadium of Camp Nou, but also the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell with its gigantic, stunningly beautiful mosaic by Antonio Gaudi! And how about a day spent at one of the many theme parks nearly? These theme and water parks make the Costa Brava the best place to spend your holiday. For example, there is Waterworld, a massive water park with spectacular water slides. Or Marineland, a water park with dolphin and sea lion shows, or Gnomopark, a theme park for the little ones, but with a climbing park attached providing a challenge for the adults.
