This beautiful, detached 5-bedroom villa with private pool and fantastic views of the azure Mediterranean Sea is located in a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. You can park your car safely on site. Villa Rayla is located only 1700 metres from the beach and 1400 metres from the shops, which makes this villa ideal for adventurous families.
Villa Rayla is a fully detached, spacious holiday villa with a total living area of 200m2, and is situated above street level. The entrance is on the first floor, which is reached via a short flight of stairs. As you enter the house through the front door you arrive at the fully furnished living room which enjoys stunning views over the Mediterranean through the large windows. On this floor there is also a modern fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor are 3 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the living room, the kitchen and two of the bedrooms you have access to the balcony, which also offers stunning views over the Mediterranean. The functionally designed interior of the villa offers a combination of warm and bright colours and has a typically Spanish ambience. In addition, the villa features free Wi-Fi!
In front of the villa is a wonderful private pool, which can be reached via the beautifully landscaped terrace. As well as taking a refreshing swim, you can relax at the pool side with a good book or enjoy the fabulous view! Villa Rayla has several terraces where you can enjoy breakfast under the Spanish sun, or al fresco dining. On the stone barbecue you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family!

Villa Rayla is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.
