Location in Lloret de Mar:

Follow the main road from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar and, when you arrive to the residential area “La Riviera”, turn left. In a few minutes, you'll reach this perfect villa, which is located on the hill of the urbanization offering you a perfect seaview. 

About the villa:
When you arrive to your holiday residence, go to your garden to check out the amazing, very large swimming pool. Imagine yourself there, enjoying the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. Do you already smell your tasteful barbecue meal? You can prepare it on the stone barbecue on your right. In the garden, you’ll be able to comfortably sit all together or lay on one of the many sunbeds next to the pool. And don't hesitate to jump into it when you feel like having a refreshing swim! 

If you like to sport, enjoy yourself at the tennis court that you'll share with the next door villa (Villa Romana, which is also in our holiday home selection). Our guests never get bored during their stay in this holiday home! 

1st floor (entrance):
Imagine you've just arrived at your villa. Follow the stairs from outside and you’ll get to the entrance on the first floor. On this floor, you'll find a comfortable and modern living room equipped with airconditioning. Though, during summertime, it's more refreshing to sit outside, don't you think? From the living room, you can access the balcony and enjoy a delicious homemade lunch or dinner with an amazing view on the background. On this floor you will also find a bedroom for 2 persons (2 single beds that can easily be put together), equipped with airconditioning. This floor also has a luxury bathroom with toilet and shower. The new, fully equipped open kitchen will stun you: only the best kitchenware to work with. Just think of all the great meals that will be prepared here!

Ground floor:
At the same level as the pool, below the first floor, you’ll find all the  other 5 bedrooms. They all have airconditioning (centrally controlled) and 2 luxury bathrooms both with a shower, wash basin and toilet. All of the bedrooms on this level have build in closets. 3 Of the bedrooms have 2 single beds that can easily be put together and 2 bedrooms have bunkbeds.

What to do during your holiday in Lloret de Mar

A holiday villa near the centre of Lloret de Mar opens up many interesting options. This seaside holiday resort is known for its energetic nightlife, but Lloret de Mar also has a different side to discover. Did you know that many families, youngsters, culture, art and nature lovers have had their best holidays in Lloret de Mar? So yes, Lloret de Mar is a good option for everyone! 

Imagine: in the morning, you shop till you drop. For lunch, you taste a traditional Catalan dish, followed by a lazy moment on the beach. And another day, you explore the Triangle of Dalí or you have a trip to a big city like Gerona or Barcelona.

Beaches:
Near your holiday home (4 km from it), there’s a beach called Canyelles. Most of the people who go to this nice pebble beach are families or other people who want to enjoy a sunny day in a quiet environment.
For more action, go to the main beach of Lloret the Mar (aprox. 5 km from the villa). There, you'll be able to practice all kind of water sports (para-sailing, fly-fish, banana, diving, jet-ski, wake board, catamaran cruise, etc.) and, during the summer season, there's also entertainment for kids.

Other cities/villages:
You may be curious to discover other places besides Lloret de Mar. Congratulations, because if you stay in Villa Rosanna, you’ll easily visit small villages at the Costa Brava, like: Blanes, Tossa de Mar, Playa de Aro or Roses; as well as larger cities, like Gerona or Barcelona. This are “must have been places” and you really should visit at least one of them.

Cultural side of Lloret de Mar:
Lloret de Mar has lots of culture heritage to offer! Go to the historic centre of Lloret de Mar and visit its Gothic church, or walk along the beach and discover the medieval castle of Sant Joan and its amazing views. If you like nature, you'll love the botanical gardens of Santa Clotilde. In Lloret de Mar, you can organize your holiday however you like, but grab your chance and visit its best spots!

Lloret de Mar’s Nightlife:
If you like to party, you're at the right place! As you probably know, Lloret de Mar is famous for its nightlife. There are many clubs, discotheques and pubs to experience unforgettable nights with your family and/or friends! But do you prefer something more relaxing? Go to one of the many wonderful cocktail bars on the beach, you'll have a very pleasant time there.

Shopping:
For sure, you have loads of energy to shop! In the centre of Lloret de Mar, you’ll find many small streets with shops where you can buy souvenirs. But you'll also find very nice boutiques where you can buy clothes, shoes, etc. If you're looking for a shopping mall, we recommend l'Espai Gironès in Gerona. It's filled with the most international shops and there are enough of them to renew your entire closet. L'Espai Gironès is the perfect place for an afternoon shopping!

Gastronomy:
Because we’d like to guide you through the most ultimate holiday experiences, here we’re going to talk about the typical Catalan cuisine. Our advice is to go to the surroundings of Lloret de Mar, where you'll get introduced to the Catalan cuisine in high quality restaurants in a breathtaking countryside. But maybe you’re feeling like having some traditional food of your own country, don’t you? If so, in the centre, you'll have all kind of international restaurants, where you’ll be able to enjoy a delicious dish like at home.
