Your luxury holiday villa near Lloret de Mar
This luxurious 4-bedroom villa accommodates 8 people and is located on a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. Villa Signum has a private pool, free Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of the neighbourhood. Your car can be parked safely and out of the sun in the private garage. Because of its ideal central location with the beach, shops and restaurants just 500 to 1600 meters away, Villa Signum is the perfect holiday location for families.
Villa Signum is a modern, fully detached villa, located on street level, and has a total living space of 220m2. The entrance is on the ground floor where you will find the fully furnished living room. From the living room, a large sliding glass door gives access to the beautiful terrace which is equipped with luxurious lounge chairs where you can relax with a good book or a glass of wine. On this floor is also a bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From two of the bedrooms you have access to the spacious balcony. The stylish, modern interior of this well maintained villa has a warm cosy ambiance with much attention to detail.
At the rear of the villa is the beautiful private swimming pool where you can relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. The landscaped, covered terrace with stone barbecue, at the side of the villa, invites you to dine al fresco. In this luxurious holiday villa, you can enjoy the Spanish sun and the outdoor lifestyle!
The surroundings of your villa
The cosmopolitan resort of Lloret is known throughout Europe for its vibrant nightlife. Lloret is located only 80 kilometres from the Catalan capital Barcelona.
Lloret originated from a pre-Roman settlement, which can even today still be visited. The main attractions are the church of San Roma, Sant Joan’s Castle and several hermit chapels. Traditionally Lloret de Mar was closely linked to shipbuilding and fishing, as was the picturesque town of Tossa de Mar, situated 11 kilometres away, but in the mid-20th century tourism became the focus. This created an excellent combination between the atmosphere of the old historic city centre with its many shopping streets, and the contemporary lively night life with its many pubs and clubs.
The beautiful botanical gardens of Marimutra, located in Blanes, where you can find more than 3000 plant species, are very much worth a visit. Also situated just 15 kilometres from Lloret is the lovely, typically Catalan town of Vidreres. Vidreres is still unspoilt by mass tourism and therefore you can still mingle with the Spanish population here.
The wide sandy beaches of Lloret offer many opportunities to enjoy water sport activities. The convenient location of Lloret, together with the many available activities, including a visit to the golf courses, the water park, the dolphinarium, riding schools and sports centres will ensure an unforgettable holiday.
