Gerunda is located near Vidreres, a typical Catalan town where not many tourists can be found, you can really mingle in with the Spanish locals here. The drive is about 15 kilometres and through the beautiful green landscape. The Costa Brava is of course well known for its beautiful Sandy beaches and its exciting night life. The beach is a wonderful place to sun bathe, but perhaps you would like to try out one of the many water sport possibilities. And what do you think of going out for a bite to eat or enjoying the night life of Lloret de Mar in to the late hours of the night? But the region has much more to offer. The coast is beautifully rough and in many fishing-villages you can find remains from Roman times that are definitely worth visiting.
