The Costa Dorada coastline begins in the north at the resort of Segur de Calafell and ends in the south at Alcanar. In between, you will find many picturesque fishing villages, but of course also lots of beautiful and lively seaside resorts. The ever-sparkling Salou with its beautiful boulevard, the culturally historic Tarragona with its stunning golden-yellow beach, the charming and peaceful historic port city of Cambrils and the jet-set resort of Sitges are some of the most famous examples.

The beautiful, wide, golden-yellow sandy beaches of the Costa Dorada are known to generally provide a gently shelving descent into the sea, making beaches on the Costa Dorada ideal for holidays with children.
