This luxury, detached 5-bedroom villa accommodates 10 people and has a large private swimming pool and a beautiful natural garden. Villa Bianchi is situated in a quiet street in a residential area with only local traffic. Your car can be parked safely on site. Due to its ideal location and spacious design Villa Bianchi is ideal for families with children.
Villa Bianchi is located below street level and has a total living area of 495m2. On the ground floor of this villa you will find the fully furnished living room with fireplace. On this floor is also the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, a beautiful classic dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The luxurious interior of the villa is light, classical and decorated with attention to even the smallest detail. What's more, the villa offers free Wi-Fi!
In front of the villa is the beautiful large private pool where you can take a refreshing dip, wonderful on hot summer days. The children can enjoy splashing around here while you relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. The villa has a beautiful natural garden, a stone barbecue and landscaped terraces where you can have breakfast in the Spanish sun, or al fresco dinners. From the villa you have a wonderful view over the wooded surroundings and the Mediterranean beyond. The surroundings of your villa
Villa Bianchi is located on the Costa del Maresme, which is situated north of the province of Barcelona and south of the Costa Brava, on the Mediterranean. The Costa Brava runs from Blanes to the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. The coastal strip is about 50 kilometres long and is mostly made up of sandy beach, steep cliffs and a wonderfully temperate climate.
The Maresme Coast has some beautiful historic cultural sites including the archaeological finds in Burriac and Mataró, the Baroque architecture in Arenys de Mar and Modernism in Canet and Argentona. The Costa del Maresme is often called the vegetable garden of Spain because in this area a lot of strawberries, cherries, tomatoes and beans are grown. The region is also known for its white Alella wine.
The modern cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, which is rich in culture and history, is definitely worth a visit. Meander around the world-famous promenade " Las Ramblas " while enjoying the ever present street theatre and the many mimes, the inviting terraces and nice stalls. To get a good impression of this unique city with its culture and history, you can use a special hop on - hop off bus to see many sights. The medieval streets, FC Barcelona's famous Camp Nou football stadium, the Sagrada Familia or Gaudi's beautiful Park Guell are all worth a visit! There is so much beauty to see that you will run out of time during your visit to this metropolis! A visit to Barcelona is of course not complete without sampling some delicious typically Spanish Tapas; they are available almost everywhere and well worth tasting.
