Wonderful villa situated in a promontory over the beach and the seaport of Puerto Rico, in the south of the island.
In a privilege location, the house has 360 degrees panoramic views to the bay and a west orientation from which you will enjoy the sun from the sunrise to the sunset. The villa offer total privacy both indoors and outdoors.
Outside the house there is a small picnic zone with barbecue under a pergola with wood logs. The terrace is directly connected to the swimming pool. Furthermore, the house counts with a garden zone with sun loungers to fully enjoy the wonderful climate of Puerto Rico. A great place to sleep a nice siesta, besides this place is one of the sunniest places during the year in Gran Canaria.
The interior of the house is built with marble floors, wide spaces and a great decoration with old and ethnic furniture that will make you feel very comfortable. The house has Smart TV 47", free WIFI and iMac for the use of the tenants.
This villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles with bathroom ensuite and 2 others with 2 individual beds, 3 bathrooms and a small toilet in the swimming pool. One of the bathrooms ensuite has a large window where you can enjoy the beautiful views to the bay.
This is a villa to relax and to enjoy the nice sunsets and outdoors of the house.
