Inside the house has a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room with access to the terrace-porch facing the pool and a front terrace.
Two double bedrooms, one with double bed of 150 x 1.90 and the other with two single beds 90 x 1.90.
Both share a bathroom with great shower.
On the outside has a nice porch overlooking the pool, garden with lawn and barbecue area.
Just a few minutes drive away is the town of \"Felanitx\" where to find restaurants, supermarkets, weekly market and everything you need. At the same distance but in the opposite direction is also the village of \'Porreres\' and uniqueness for being traditionally agricultural town.
Sa tanca Grand is located to the south of Mallorca, so between 15 and 30 minutes driving found the beaches of Porto Colom, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi, Cala Figuera,\' The Mondragó Natural Park \'with its beaches and coves, also natural beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita, Ses Salines...
