Pretty villa set in the stunning countryside which surrounds Pollensa in the north of Mallorca, only a few minutes drive from the old town. Light and airy with the additional benefit of air conditioning throughout. All rooms in the villa are on ground level. The living room has new sofas, satellite TV, DVD, stereo and a furnished dining area with double doors which open out onto the terrace. There is a fully equipped, open plan kitchen complete with dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms in total. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom which is also a double shares a shower room with a further twin bedroom.
Outside, there is a pretty pool with Roman steps which is surrounded by terrace and sun loungers. The gardens are vibrant with colour and the owner has provided a table tennis table for your enjoyment. Completing the outdoor area is the covered dining terrace with brick built barbecue. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy an evening meal after a hot day under the Mediterranean sun.
