Villa Miguel is situated within easy reach to the resort of Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa. The house is set in a large garden with lots of fruit trees and plants and has excellent views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountains. This new but rustic style villa is ideal for a relaxing break in the sun, and has a lovely swimming pool in the middle of a lawn area. There is also a lovely shaded terrace ideal for dining outside or simply for sitting and relaxing. The interior of the villa is very well maintained and furnished, it comprises of a large lounge dining area with an open plan fitted kitchen. From a corridor there is access to a double bedroom and two twins all sharing a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further twin bedroom. The villa is a good choice for families with children due to the large lawn area.
