This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It`s in a great location halfway between the historic town of Pollenca, and the Alcudia area. It`s a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture. On the ground floor we can find the lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite tv and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto the front covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There`s a farmhouse-kitchen with fitted cupboards, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and a microwave. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Wide lawns with Mediterranean trees and plants surround the pool. The pool and gardens are at the front of the villa as well as a nice built in barbecue area and an exterior toilet with shower. Paulina is a great villa with beautiful tropical gardens. Its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca.
