This little but charming villa is placed in a rural zone close to the road that links Pollensa and Sa Pobla, and it is reached through a narrow path that also drives to other properties of this area. The villa is just 2 kms away from the old town of Pollença, and only 500 metres away from Pollensa's Golf course. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees, vegetables, a small chicken run, and the always impressive views that offers the Puig de Maria, and that can be enjoyed from the swimmig pool. As a matter of fact the swimming pool is certainly original, being narrow and long, and with the name of the villa written in the bottom, on the tiles. As for the outside are of this villa, it also deserve some words the covered terrace and the two barbecues that the property has.
