Villa Son del Rio II, countryside property perfectly situated between Pollensa (5km) and Alcudia (6.5 km) with the bay of Pollensa only 3 kms away. This rustic style villa sits in a garden of typically majorcan trees and vegetration.
From the terrace you can access a light and spacious living/dining room, the kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine opens into the living room. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other with twin beds. The ground floor also has a second bathroom.
On the first floor there is a small salon with access to two terraces with beautiful views, also on this floor is a third bedroom which is furnished with twin beds. The exterior has a practical and attractive BBQ, terrace and pool, al furnished for comfrot and relaxation.
