This lovely recently reformed villa incorporates all the best of modern living in a traditional Mallorcan finca setting.Set in the popular and tranquil La Font area close to Pollensa town, around a 20 minute walk to the centre, Villa Vicens enjoys an excellent vista of the mountains behind Pollensa and is only a few minutes’ drive to the beach at Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
The villa has a lawned garden with private pool and also an outdoor kitchen / barbecue area along with lovely furnished outside shaded terrace. There are, of course, sun loungers on the lawn for sunbathing.
The house itself comprises two floors with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
One of the double bedrooms is located at ground floor level with an adjacent modern shower room.
The two other bedrooms are at first floor level and share another bathroom with shower and half bath.
Further to the double bedroom at ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV with DVD and table and chairs for indoor dining.
The kitchen is semi open to the living area through an arched hatch and open doorway; it is a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The washing machine is located outside in a separate laundry room.
